Font of choice.

Open a  new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste Minjas mask and resize it 65%, select all, float and defloat, make a
new layer and paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect and delete Minja's mask
layer.  We will need to make this mask longer but will do that when we have our
elements in place.

Make another new layer and fill this one with black, paste Mizteeque's mask
and resize it 50%,  select all, float and defloat, invert the selection and hit
delete on the black layer, delete Mizteeque's mask layer and drag the new black
layer below Minja's mask and position so some shows on the right of it.

Paste element 34, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 30%, rotate 90 degrees to the right and then mirror,

ANIMATION:

Open your Freehand selection tool and set it to the values in my screenshot
below.

Go to the waterfall element in your tag and click on it to activate it then
draw a freehand selection around the edge of the water. Don't worry about
getting it exact, the feathering on the selection tool will fade it out at the
edges.

When you have drawn your selection, right click on that waterfall layer in
your layers palette and "promote selection to layer", deselect then duplicate
that promoted selection until you have three copies of it.

Click on the top copy of the promoted selection layer and go to Adjust -
Add/Remove noise - Add  noise and apply with the settings in my screenshot
below.

Close off that top promoted selection layer, open the second one and again
add the noise but change the noise to 13, repeat the above with the final layer
with the noise set at 14.

Right click on your tag and "copy merged" then paste in Animation Shop "as a
new animation.  Back in Paint Shop, close off the open promoted selection layer,
open the next one and repeat pasting in Animation Shop "before current frame",
then do the same with the last copy.  

Run your animated tag through the Optimization Wizard and safe as a gif.

In this tutorial I used the kit "Left in the Dark" from

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical - 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 15 into the selection, deselect,
apply the mask, resize it 75% and move up.

Paste element 92, resize 60% and move into place.

Open element 122 and apply the 20_20 mask to it twice the copy and paste your
canvas, resize it 30%, duplicate and mirror the bottom copy, position both of
these at the bottom one either side of where the cluster will go on the left. 
Duplicate the mirrored copy, resize it 90% and in the middle on the right where
the hooded personal element will go.

Paste element 12, resize 35% and duplicate, position one copy on the water at
the bottom and the other on the water on the right and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 73, resize 30%, flip and position at the front of the copy of
element 12 that's at the bottom, duplicate and position the copy below the water
on the right. 

Paste element 126, resize 25% and position at the back of the copy of element
12 on the right.

Paste element 52, resize 30% and move into place.

selection tool set to Point to Point with feather at 0, draw a selection through
the centre of the element in which to add your paper then make a new layer below
the element, open paper 4, flip it then copy it and paste it in the selection
you made, deselect and apply the shadow to the element.

apply the shadow.
