Font of choice.

 

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a  new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste Minjas mask and resize it 65%, select all, float and defloat, make a
new layer and paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect and delete Minja's mask
layer.  We will need to make this mask longer but will do that when we have our
elements in place.

Make another new layer and fill this one with black, paste Mizteeque's mask
and resize it 50%,  select all, float and defloat, invert the selection and hit
delete on the black layer, delete Mizteeque's mask layer and drag the new black
layer below Minja's mask and position so some shows on the right of it.

Paste element 34, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 30%, rotate 90 degrees to the right and then mirror,
position below element 34 so a little shows at the top and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42 on the top, resize 25% and position.

Paste element 28, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 2 and resize 30%, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 2 into the
selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper
and move into place.

Paste wordart 1, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 20%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 2, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 17% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste spray 3 on the top, resize 35% and position.

Paste element 64, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 60, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 17%, duplicate position one in front of the tube and
one on the right below the tube and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 62 on the top, resize 5% and rotate 30 degrees to the left,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 7% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 25%, duplicate, close off the copy for now, position
the original in front of the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65 again, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.

Open the closed copy of element 26, position it behind element 72 and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 8 (should be on the top), resize 33%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 67, resize 13%, position below element 20 (the raft) and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 54, resize 13% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 10% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1 above the raft, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 4%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers now and make any adjustments.

Duplicate Minja's mask, drag the copy down so a little shows at the bottom of
the tag and erase the rest of it.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and
export on a transparent background as a png.
