Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 037, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer and resize the paper one 70%.

Make a new layer and fill I with black.  Paste mask 164, select all, float and defloat, invert the selection, go back to the black layer and hit delete, deselect, delete the original mask layer and resize the new one 65%.

Paste element 11, resize 35% and position.

Paste element 195, resize 65% and position.

Go back to the first mask (the one with the paper on it), duplicate it, drag it over slightly to the right so a little shows below element 11 then drag it down below the first mask and erase all that's below the first mask so you just have the little bit showing below the element.

Paste element 15, resize 85%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 115, resize 40% and mirror, position below element 15 and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 115 again, resize 60%, erase the houses, position and apply the shadow.  (I know there is a element with just paving, you can use that if is easier but I thought this looked best).

Paste element 19, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

Paste Minja's mask, resize 70%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect and delete the black mask layer.

Paste Mizteeque's mask, resize 80%, select all, float and defloat and make a new layer, open paper 1, mirror it then copy and paste into the mask selection, deselect and delete the black mask layer. 

Paste element 45, resize 80%, drag below the two masks layers and position so a little shows at the bottom.

You should now have something like this.

Paste element 6, position at the bottom of the tag and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 35%, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 3, make a new layer below it and paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.

Paste element 20, resize 35%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 90% and position on the right side of the tag, duplicate, move the copy over to the left side and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 29, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, position below the tube towards the left and apply the shadow.  Duplicate but close off the copy for now.

Paste element 13, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.  Open your eraser, set the size to 50 and opacity to 30 and run along the bottom of the element to merge the harsh line out.

Open the closed copy you have of element 43 and move it over so some of the flowers show on the right, put the opacity of your eraser back to 100 and erase the grass and any other parts that show, we just want to see a few of the flowers.

Paste element 15, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42 and position.

Paste element 28, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 35%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow then again rub that low opacity eraser around the bottom edge to blend the line out a little.

Paste element 8, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 60%, mirror and position.

Paste element 40 on the top, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 20%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 10% and rotate 40 degrees to the right, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
