Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur
15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 2, resize 70% and position bottom left.

Paste element 5, resize 65% and postion top right.

Paste element 8, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 55% and move into place.  With your freehand
selection tool set to Point to Point with feather at 0, draw a selection through
the centre of the element in which to add your paper then make a new layer below
the element, open paper 4, flip it then copy it and paste it in the selection
you made, deselect and apply the shadow to the element.

Paste element 51 between the paper and element 6, resize 25%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 10 on the top, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34 above elements 2 and 5, resize 65%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, duplicate, resize on copy 40% and position on the right,
resize the second copy 45% and position below the steps on the left and apply
the shadow to each.

Paste element 42 below the steps, resize 15%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61 on the top, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 50% and position.

Paste element 18, resize 30% and position.

Paste element 54, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26 again, resize 45%, mirror and position.

Paste element 18 again, resize 30% and position.

Paste element 66, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 20%, duplicate position along the bottom of the
steps and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 9, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
