Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0,  horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 80%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer and paste paper 9 into the selection, deselect, delete the original black
mask layer and position the paper one top left, duplicate, mirror the copy and
resize it another 80% then position bottom right.

Paste element 69, resize 50% and position.

Paste element 105, resize 50%, duplicate, resize the copy another 55% and
mirror it, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 59, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 120 and resize 40%.  With your freehold selection tool set on
point to point, draw a selection around the window frame, make a new layer below
the element, paste paper 5 into the selection and deselect.  Paste element 77,
resize 15% and position.  Apply the shadow to both elements, merge the window
down onto the washing line and then merge down again onto the paper and move
into place.

Paste element 29, resize 70%, position above element 69 (the text), erase the
trunk between the two parts of the tag and apply the shadow.

Paste element 115, resize 30%, position below the tree and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 98 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element wordart 5, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
