I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizonal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer and paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer and resize the paper one 95%.

ANIMATION:

Duplicate both candle layers three time so you have four copies of each, close the first, third and fourth copies.
Open your warp brush and set the strength to 40, click on the open layer of the double candle element, hold your curser on the candle flame and very, very gently tug it up, now go to the second candle on that layer and again  move he candle flame very slightly, you can push it down or over to one side.  Close this layer, open the next copy and do the same moving the tip in a different direction. You to do it just the tiniest amount.  Repeat with the top copy and then repeat with the layers on the single candle.

Open Animation Shop, close off all copies of both candles apart from the first one, right click, copy it and paste in AS as a new animation, close off these two copies and open the next copies up, again copy and paste in AS before current frame, repeat with the last two copies.  Now select all he frames, go to Animation - Frame properties and change the display to 30.  Run your tag through the animation wizard and save as a gif.

Font of choice.

animation".  Open Kiya's animation and resize it 50%.  Duplicate your merged
layer until it has 25 frames which is the same as Kiya's animation.  Select all
the frames in Kiya's animation and copy them, select all the frames in your
merged layer, right click and "paste into current frame" then paste Kiya's
animation on your tag.  Copy the top merged layer from your tag in Paint Shop,
again paste it in Animation Shop as a new animation, duplicate it so you have 25
frames then select, copy and paste on your tag.  Run the tag through the
Optimization Wizard and save as a gif.

ANIMATION:

Open your Freehand selection tool and set it to the values in my screenshot
below.

Go to the waterfall element in your tag and click on it to activate it then
draw a freehand selection around the edge of the water. Don't worry about
getting it exact, the feathering on the selection tool will fade it out at the
edges.

When you have drawn your selection, right click on that waterfall layer in
your layers palette and "promote selection to layer", deselect then duplicate
that promoted selection until you have three copies of it.

Click on the top copy of the promoted selection layer and go to Adjust -
Add/Remove noise - Add  noise and apply with the settings in my screenshot
below.

Close off that top promoted selection layer, open the second one and again
add the noise but change the noise to 13, repeat the above with the final layer
with the noise set at 14.

Right click on your tag and "copy merged" then paste in Animation Shop "as a
new animation.  Back in Paint Shop, close off the open promoted selection layer,
open the next one and repeat pasting in Animation Shop "before current frame",
then do the same with the last copy.  

Run your animated tag through the Optimization Wizard and safe as a gif.

them, select all your tag frames and paste the animation into the first frame. 
Go back to Paint Shop, close the merged layer, open the previously closed ones
and copy merged, paste in Animation shop, again duplicate so you have 16 frames,
copy them and paste on your animation.  Run through the Optimization Wizard and
save as a gif.

 Open Kiyas animation in Animation Shop, note it has 25 frames and resize it 40%.

Back in psp, starting from the bottom and working up, close off all your layers up to and including the tree and merge the open layers visible, close the merged layer and open the bottom closed ones,  right click "copy merged" and paste in  Animation Shop as a new animation, duplicate it until you have 25 frames, the same as the animation.  Select all the animation frames and copy them, click on your tag,  again select all the frames then right click and paste the animation on your tag.  Now open the merged layer in PSP, copy it and paste in Animation Shop, duplicate it as before then select the frames, copy them, select the animated frames and paste the top layer.   Run your tag through the Animation Wizard and save as a png.

Paste element 96, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

ANIMATION:

Open the Simon's animation in Animation Shop and go to Animation - Resize
Animation and resize it 25%.   Copy your tag and paste in Animation Shop then
duplicate it so you have 10 frames the same as the animation, select all the
animation frames and copy them, select all your tag frames, right click and
"paste into selected frame" and paste the deer on your tag.  Go back to your tag
layers, duplicate element 26 (that's the snow you positioned along the bottom of
the house), resize it another 70%, copy it and paste in Animation Shop,
duplicate so you have the 10 frames then copy and paste as before on your tag
along the bottom of the deer's feet.  

When you are done, run your tag through the Animation Wizard and safe as a
gif.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 35, blur
15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 56 and resize it 95%.

Paste element 69.

Paste element 57, resize 70% and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 40%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 40% and position a lot the bottom of element 10.

Paste element 41, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the
selection by 2, make a new layer below it and paste paper 4 into the selection,
deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move
into place.

Paste element 5, move into place, erase the part that shows to the right of
the tube and apply the shadow.

the animation.   Select all the snow frames and copy them, go back to the tag
frames, click on the first one and again select them all then right click and
"paste into current frame" and paste the snow on the tag.  When you have done,
run it through the Animation Wizard and export as a gif.

give you a marker on where to place the animation.

Starting at the top, close off your layers down to and including the icicles
then close off this merged layer, open the others and again merge visible.

Open Kiya's animation in Animation Shop, go to Animation - Resize and resize
it 23%.   Copy the bottom merged layer and paste it in Animation Shop then
duplicate it until you  have 25 frames the same as Kiya's animation.  Select all
the animation frames, copy them, select all your tag layer frames, right click
and "paste into selected frame" putting the animation over the frame layer.  Now
copy your top merged layer, paste it in Animation Shop, duplicate it again then
select them all, copy and paste on the animated tag.   Run your tag through the
Animation Wizard and save as a gif.

You will need Animation Shop for the animation.

the bottom layer of your tag and paste that also in Animation Shop " as a new
animation" then duplicate it until you have 14 frames the same as the
animation.    Select all the animation frames and copy them, click on your tag
layer and again select all the frames, right click, "paste into selected
frame" and paste the animation on the tag.  Now copy the top layer of your tag,
paste it in Animation Shop and again duplicate it until you have the 14 frames,
copy these frames as before and paste on top of the animated tag.  Again, select
all the frames, go to Animation - Frame Properties and change the display time
to 20.  Run your tag through the Optimisation Wizard and save as a gif.

You will need Animation Shop for the animation.

Paste Minja's mask and resize it 60%, select all, float and defloat, make a
new layer, paste paper 22 into the selection, deselect, delete the original
black mask layer and move the paper one up and to the right.

Paste Mizteeque's mask, resize it 80% and repeat the above using paper 21
then merge the paper layer down onto the black layer and move over to the
left.

Paste element 107, resize 40%, recolour to #8a6b3b (check out  my Tips and

including the angel face and merge visible, copy this merged layer, paste it
in Animation Shop and duplicate it so it has 16 frames the same as Kiyas
Animation, select all the animation frames again and copy them, click on the
first frame of your tag, again select all the frames then right click, "paste
into selected frame" and position the animation on the tag.  Back in Paint Shop,
close off the merged layer you have and open the others, right click and "copy
merged" then paste in Animation Shop, duplicate it as before, select all the
frames, copy and paste on your animated tag.  When you are done, run your tag
through the optimisation wizard and save as a gif.
