I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 46, resize 35% and position.

Paste element 13, resize 50% and position.

Paste element 83, resize 80% and position.

Paste element 79, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 20% and position.  Click anywhere on your canvas
outside of the element to make a selection, invert the selection and contract it
by 5, make a new layer below the element and paste paper 2 into it, deselect,
apply the shadow to the element and merge it down onto the paper.
