Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 35, blur
15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 56 and resize it 95%.

Paste element 69.

Paste element 57, resize 70% and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 40%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 40% and position a lot the bottom of element 10.

Paste element 41, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the
selection by 2, make a new layer below it and paste paper 4 into the selection,
deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move
into place.

Paste element 5, move into place, erase the part that shows to the right of
the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22 on the top, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 25% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43 again, resize 40% and move into place.

Paste element 66, resize 60% and move into place.

Check your layers now and add copyright information and text.

ANIMATION:

Open the snow animation in Animation Shop, go to Animation - Resize Animation
and resize it 80%.    Copy your tag and paste it in Animation Shop "as a new
animation" then duplicate it so you have 10 frames which is the same number as
the animation.   Select all the snow frames and copy them, go back to the tag
frames, click on the first one and again select them all then right click and
"paste into current frame" and paste the snow on the tag.  When you have done,
run it through the Animation Wizard and export as a gif.
