Font is Arial Bold.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 75%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer and paste paper 5 into the selection, make another layer and paste paper 4 into the selection, deselect, delete the black original mask layer and merge the top paper one down onto the lower paper one.

Paste paper 1, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 35%, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, paste paper 3 below the element, resize it 50% and position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect, mirror the paper, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into position.

Paste the tube, resize 47%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 40%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 20% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 22%. Position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
