I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 44.

Paste element 43.

Paste element 89 and resize 93%.

Position these three elements.

Paste element 52, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 45%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 4 and resize 40%.  Click with your magic wand anywhere on your canvas outside of the element to make a selection, invert the selection and expand it by 10, paste paper 4 below the element, resize it 40% and position in the frame so the moon is not showing then hit delete,  Paste the close up of the tube and again hit delete, deselect.  Lower the opacity of the tube to 35 and merge it down onto the paper, apply the shadow to the frame and merge it down onto the paper/tube and position.

Paste element 45, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.  I recoloured this element to better match my tube.

Paste element 88, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 10%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 40%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71 and position.

Check your layers, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
