Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open an new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste my mask, resize it 75% and move over to the right.

Paste Mizteeque's mask, resize 70%, position on the left and apply the shadow.  When you have your other elements in place, if any of the semi circular shape shows you will need to erase it.

Paste element 28, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 8 and resize 57%, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 5, make a new layer below it and paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.

Paste element 18, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 19%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 50%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element, 11, resize 50%, move into place erasing the part of the ring that shows to the left of the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, duplicate, close off the top copy, resize the bottom copy 60%, erase the two skulls and clump of grass on the right and position so the middle clump of grass is just to the right of the tube and apply the shadow.  Doesn't matter if it looks a bit messy at the bottom as that will be covered up.

Paste element 27, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Open the top copy of element 22 and bring it above the tube, resize 35%, duplicate, move the top copy so the small skull shows on the right, move the top copy over to the left,  and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 17, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 12%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
