I used the tube "Valentinka" from

Misticheskaya

which is available at 

Pics for Design.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 45, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 8 into the selection, deselect, delete the black layer and resize the paper one 80%.

Paste frame 2 and resize it 35%, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame and merge it down onto the paper.

Paste element 38, resize 40%, position below the merged frame and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube on the top, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 30%, position below the tube towards the right and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37 again, resize 40%, mirror and flip, position in the middle below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 55% and duplicate, mirror one copy and position behind the tube on the left, position the other copy below both copies of element 37 so just a little shows on the right and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 81, resize 20%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 35% and position.

Paste element 77, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 40%, flip, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.
