Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize 80% and mirror, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 3 into the selection, deselect and delete the black layer.

Paste element 33, resize 45%, duplicate, resize the original another 80%, mirror it and position on the right , position the copy on the left and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 60, resize 80%, position in between the two copies of element 33 and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43 on the top, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34, resize 30%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 45% and position.

Paste element 44, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize, position and apply the shadow.  I resized mine 12% but the standard tube is smaller.

Paste element 39, resize 20%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.  I recoloured my element using the Change to Target tool, you will find more info on my Tips and Tricks page

Paste element 25, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 54 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 30%, duplicate, erase the part of the top copy around the flowers, we just want the water to be darker (don't need to be exact), merge the copy down onto the original and position.

Paste element 8, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 8%, rotate 40 degrees to the right, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 8%, rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
