Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 276, resize it 60% and rotate it 90 degrees to the left, select
all, float and defloat, make a new layer, open the holographic iridescent paper
into the selection (it's the fourth one in that paper set), mirror it then copy
and paste into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer,
duplicate the paper one, mirror one copy and move both into place.

Make a new layer and fill it with colour #444355, paste mask 051, resize it
40%, select all, float and defloat, invert the selection and hit delete on the
black layer, deselect, delete the original mask layer and move the new black one
into place.

Paste path, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass, resize 60%, position at the bottom below the path and apply the
shadow.

Paste cluster 4 on the top, resize 85%, erase to wide parts that stick out
either side at the bottom, position and apply the shadow.

Paste sparkles, resize 80%  and position.

Paste house 1, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste tree, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste lantern 4, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste door, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 5, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 1, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste leaf 3, resize 40%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste lantern 2, resize 12%, position below the copies of leaf 3 and apply
the shadow.

Paste cluster 6, resize 10% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster frame 1, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 10 on the top, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 8, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste mushroom, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste butterfly 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste arch, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 7, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 16, resize 17% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass again, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste house 2, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 19, resize 15%, duplicate, mirror the top copy, position and
apply the shadow to each.

Paste the tube between the two copies of flower 19, resize 17%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste staff 3, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass 2, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 8, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flute, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 24, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 3, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cup, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 9, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste ba, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
