Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizonal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste my mask, resize it 75%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer
and paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black
mask layer.

Paste element 39, resize 55% and position.

Paste element 32, resize 55% and position.

Paste element 40, resize 55%, rotate 90 degrees to the right and
position.

Paste element 30, duplicate.  Resize one copy 35%, mirror and flip it,
position bottom right and apply the shadow.  Resize the other copy 30%, position
bottom left and apply the shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 45%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 48, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 22, resize 35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 35%, duplicate twice, position one copy top left
below element 22, mirror one copy and position above element 22 top central,
flip the other copy and position again above element 22, halfway down on the
left, apply the shadow to each.

Paste the tube, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 101 and resize 30%, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 10, paste paper 3 below the element and resize it 15%
and position, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect, apply the shadow to
the element, merge it down onto the paper, duplicate and position both below the
tube.

Paste element 77, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 79, resize 70%, position above element 77, duplicate, resize
the copy 90% and mirror, position below the merged layers, apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 52, resize 30%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 80% and position.

Paste word art 5, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 60%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 20%,position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
