I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 0, opacity 75, blur
15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700  by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, paste paper 15 into the
selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer and resize the paper one 90%
and move it up.

Paste element 104, resize 70%, duplicate and move into place.

Paste element 156, resize 70% and move into place.

Paste element 125, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68, mirror, position and apply the shadow (just a little will
show on the right).

Paste element 177, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 75, resize 65% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 132 above the waterfall element, resize 35%, position and apply

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
