About me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

In this tutorial I used the fabulous tube "Rosemary" from
Jenny.
You
can purchase the tube at
I used the extended version, the
regular one may be a little different.

The matching kit "Rosemary" is from
Hania Designs
and is also availale
at

You will need png mask 307 from

Font of choice.

Unless noted, I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75,
blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill white white.

Paste the mask, resize 55%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer,
paste paper 8 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer and move
the paper one up and to the left.

Paste element 4, resize 65% and move into place.

Paste element 82, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 63, resize 50%, duplicate twice, close off one copy for now,
mirror one and move both into place.

Paste element 11, resize 45% and move into place.

You should now have something like this.

Paste element 35, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow

Paste element 78 and resize 25%.  Paste paper 8 below the element, resize it
17% and position in the arch, erase the parts of the paper that are outside of
the element, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and
move into place.

Paste element 28, resize 40% and mirror, position below element 35 and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44 on the top, resize 22% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 70, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 80%, position  below element 33 (the rocks) and the
shadow changing the horizontal to 0 and opacity to 100.

Paste element 48, resize 55% and position below element 59.

Paste element 55 on the top, resize 55% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow (rememer to change the settings back).

Paste element 23, resize 50% and position.

Paste element 60, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.   Open the copy
of 63 that you had closed off, bring it to the top and move into place.

Paste element 72, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 18% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 85, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 07, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.
