Font of choice.

I uses a drop shadow of vertical 5 and horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste flame, resize 80% and move up and to the left.

Paste smudge 1, resize 40% and move down and to the left.

Paste star bling, resize 60% and position on flame.

Paste hill, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bush, position and apply the shadow.

Paste ground, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste mesh, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste brushed pattern, resize 60%, mirror and position.

Paste brushed bling, resize 60% and move into place.

Paste wordart 15, resize 80% and position.

Paste flower buds 2, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame glitter and resize 34%, select the interior with your magic wand
and expand the selection by 5, make a new layer below it and paste paper 5 into
the seleciton, deselect and apply the shadow to the frame.  Paste the tube and
resize 40%, position in the frame and apply the shadow.

Paste moss, resize 50% and position, erase the long piece that goes over the
tube and apply the shadow.

Paste lights, resize 40% and position below the moss along the bottom of the
tube/frame.

Paste cloud, resize 35% and position.

Paste pendant dark on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste diamond drop, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bird, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flowers 2, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste wordart 1, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste puffs, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flowers 1, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste fence, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass sprigs, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste ribbon 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste babies breath, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste books, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste candles, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste rose, resize 6%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste sands, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bling, resize 50%, mirror and position.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
