Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 27%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black
mask layer.

Paste element 63 and resize it 45%, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and fill with black, paste
the full size tube, resize it 70% and position in the element, invert the
selection and hit delete, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame and lower the
opacity on the tube to around 60, merge the tube down onto the black layer then
merge the frame down and move into place.

Paste the tube again, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 97, resize 50%, position below the merged layer and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 121, resize 40% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 75%, postion above the merged layer and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.
