Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste  my mask 0056 and resize it 85%, select all, float and defloat, open
paper 5 mirror it then copy, make a new layer on your canvas and paste the paper
into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste  mask 0075 and move into place.

Paste grass 1, resize 70%, position on the left and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 1, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass 2, position and apply the shadow.

Paste tree, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste tree 3, resize 60% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 15, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.,

Paste flower 19, resize 30%,   position and apply the shadow.

Paste fountain on the top, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste water, resize 50% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste leaf 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste angel 3, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste leaf 4, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 18, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 14, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 17, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 16, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 22, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste harp 2, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste butterfly 3, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bird 3, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste grass 2 again, resize 50%, duplicate, resize the copy another 80% and
move it slightly forward to the right then apply the shadow to each.

Paste the tube, resize 22%, position between the two copies of grass 2 and
apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 2, resize 30%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste candle 2, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste book 3, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bag 3, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste piano keys above the tube, resize 30%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste perfume bottle, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bottle 4, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bottle 2, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste book 2, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste clock, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste treat, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cluster 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 2 on the top, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste glass, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste bottle 3, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste dog, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
