Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and move up and to the left, duplicate, resize the copy 80%
down and to the right, erase the pointed bit at the bottom of the first copy,
you can  leave some speckles in, you will be able to tidy it up at the end if it
needs it or you could just leave the erasing until the end when you have your
elements in place up to you.

Paste the tube, resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 40%, position below the tube at the top towards the
right and apply the shadow.,

Paste element 19, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 60, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 91, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 106, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 7 and resize 35%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and fill it with black,
paste the tube again, resize it 80% and move into place, invert the selection
and hit delete, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, change the blend mode
on the tube to "Hard Light" and lower the opacity on it to around 70.

Paste element 27 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 91 again, resize 20% and duplicate, mirror one copy, position
and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 43, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 25% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.
