Font of choice.

Unless specified, I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity
75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste FM (1) mask, resize 75%, paste paper 2, resize it 25%, drag below the
mask and position in the frame, apply the shadow to the frame with the box
"shadow on a new layer checked", erase the part of the shadow that's around the
edge of the mask, you only want it inside the frame and around the top bit of
the frame then merge the mask layer down onto the shadow layer and again down
onto the paper.

Paste FM (2) mask, resize 45%, rotate 90 degrees to the right, flip and move
into place.

Paste element 85, resize 45% and position on the left,  duplicate and apply
the shadow to each, position the copy on the right above the frame/mask layer,
erase the part that is over the frame and then merge it down onto that
layer.

Paste element 50 on the top, resize 70%, duplicate and mirror the original,
move into place and apply a shadow of vertical and horizontal 0, opacity 80,
blur 15.

Paste element 51, resize 75%, position and apply the last shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 55%, position and apply the main shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 17% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 15%, position below the tree and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 30% and apply the shadow, position along the bottom
of the marquee and erase it around the edge of element 50.

Paste element 4, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52 above the tree, resize 30%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2,
resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 77, resize 55%, duplicate, mirror the copy, position and apply
the shadow to each.

Paste element 12, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste one of the tubes on the top, I resized mine 40%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 20%, position behind the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 33 on the top, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 46, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 92, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
