Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect,
apply the mask and resize it 95%.

Paste the tube, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 109, resize 90% and position below the tube.

Paste element 86, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 55%, mirror and position.   Click anywhere on your
canvas outside of the element with your magic wand to make a selection, invert
the selection and contract it by 20, make a new layer below it, open paper 5 and
mirror then copy and paste into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the
element with the box "shadow on a new layer" checked and erase the part around
the candle glow. 

Paste element 70, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68 on the top, resize 45% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 67, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 87, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
