Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 35, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 59, resize 30% and position on the left, duplicate, resize the
copy another 70% and position on the right.

Paste element 09, resize 55% and move into place.

Paste wordart 03, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 66, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 33, resize 65% and move into place.

Paste element 76, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 106, resize 40% and move into place.

Paste element 100, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 12%, position above the tree and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 30% and position.

Paste element 30, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 122, resize 40%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 12 into
the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the
paper and move into place.

Paste element 08, resize 40%, duplicate, mirror the copy and resize it
another 80%, position and apply the shadow to each.

Check your layers then add your copyright information and text.

 ANIMATION:

Open the snow animation in Animation Shop, go to Animation - Resize Animation and resize it 85%.    Copy your tag and paste it in Animation Shop "as a new animation" then duplicate it so you have 10 frames which is the same number as the animation.   Select all the snow frames and copy them, go back to the tag frames, click on the first one and again select them all then right click and "paste into current frame" and paste the snow on the tag.  When you have done, run it through the Animation Wizard and export as a gif.
