Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 137, resize 80%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original and position along what will be the bottom of the tag.

Paste element 82, position towards the top on the left, duplicate, resize the
copy 65% and move down and to the right.

Paste element 43, resize 60% and move into place.

Paste element 62, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 25, resize 55%, duplicate, mirror the top copy, position and
apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 27, resize 40% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.
