Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow or vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 x 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste my mask and resize it 65%, select all, float and defloat make a new
layer, paste element 62 in the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer,
duplicate the element one and move both into place.

Paste Mizteeques mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste
paper 11 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask
layer.

Paste element 118, resize 90% and move into place.

Paste element 101, resize 30%, mirror the original copy, position and apply
the shadow to each.

Paste frame 8, resize 40%, position between the two copies of element 101 and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 63 on the top, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 40%, position below the flower on the right and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 60%, position above the flower on the right and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42 and resize 20%, click anywhere on your canvas outside of the
element with your magic wand to make a selection, invert the selection and
contract it by 22,  mirror the tube and paste it on the canvas, resize it 25%
and position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect, apply
the shadow to the element, lower the opacity of the tube to around 60, merge it
down onto the element and move into place.

Paste element 2, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 134, resize 60%, mirror and move into place.

Paste word art 2, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.
