Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 55%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect, delete the original black
mask layer and mirror the paper one.  

Paste element 168, resize 70%, duplicate and move into place.

Paste element 75, resize 75% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 16%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 189 above element 168,  resize 25%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 20% and move into place.

Paste element 72, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 50% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 112, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 120 above the paved pathway, resize 35%, position and apply the

Paste elements 135, 136 and 137, resize them each 18%, position two below
element 95 and one above it and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 156, resize 15%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position one above
element 95 and the other on the top and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 134, resize 30%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 129, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 92, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 40% and move into place.

Paste element 94 on the top, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 151, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 152, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 150, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
