Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0,  horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur
10.

Paste mask 912, resize 50%, select all, float and defloat, paste paper 10
into the selection, deselect. delete the original black mask layer, duplicate
the paper one and move into place.

Paste mask 911, resize 85% and repeat as for the first mask.

Paste element 14, resize 45% and mirror, apply the shadow  with the box
"shadow on a new layer" checked, then still on the shadow go to Adjust - Blur -
Guassian Blur and apply with a radius of 10 then merge the element down onto
it.

Paste element 1, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize  50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 117, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 40%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 41, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 40%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 30,  make a new layer below it and paste paper 6 into
the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the
paper and move into place.

Paste element 47, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 118, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
