Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste masks 2 and resize 60%.

Paste Mizteeque's mask and resize 80%, select all, float and defloat, paste
element 43 as a new layer, resize 90% and position on the paper mask as my first
screenshot below, invert the selection and erase the part of the element around
edges of the mask leaving the tufts of grass at the top (you will only be able
to erase in the selected area), deselect, delete the black mask layer, you
should now have something like my second screenshot, apply the shadow and move
into place.

Paste my mask and resize it 70%, select all, float and defloat, paste paper 9
as a new layer, resize it 80% and position so the grass is over the mask,
invert the selection and kit delete, delete the black mask layer and  move the
paper one into place.

Paste element 20, resize 65%, duplicate, resize the bottom copy another 65%,
position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 46, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 19, resize 75%, erase the bottom quarter, position and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 65%, erase the bottom root on the left, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste word art 2, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 92, resize 15% and apply the shadow, position below element 44
erasing some of the tree so its sat on the branch.

Paste element 102 on the top, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 33%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 25%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 25%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 61 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
