I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 and fill with white.

Paste mask 348 and resize 90%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 07 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer
and move the paper one up and to the right.

Paste mask 355, resize 65%, repeat as for the first mask and move down and to
the left.

Paste element 21 and resize 80%.

Paste element 75, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 80% and move into place.

Paste element 96, resize 36%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.
