Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask hw18 and resize 15%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect, delete the original black
mask layer and move up and to the left.

Paste mask 4hwmask2 and resize 8% then repeat as for the first mask moving
down and to the right.

Paste element 133 and resize 90%.

Paste element 54, resize 60% and mirror, position at the top and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 162, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 161, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 158, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 87, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 97 and resize 45%, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 5 into the
selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down on the paper
and move into place.

Paste element 101, resize 60% and rotate 90 degrees to the right, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 146, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 154, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 50% position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.

Close off the white background layer, right copy and copy merged, open the
white background, right click and "paste as a new layer", go to Adjust - Blur -
Gaussian Blur and apply with a radius of 10 and resize 90%.

Crop, apply your copyright information and text and export on a transparent
background as a png.
