Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 0079 and resize 90%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 04 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black
mask layer.  Duplicate the paper layer, on the bottom original copy go to Adjust
- Blur - Gaussian Blur and apply with a radius of 10, merge the top copy down
onto this merged layer and move up a little.

Paste mask 0085, resize 80%, repeat as with the first mask with the paper,
then mirror and position.

Paste element 15, resize 45% position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 116, resize 40% and move into place.

Open the tube, copy and paste it as a new layer, crop around her head so you
just have her face and apply the 20 20 mask twice, copy and paste on your canvas
below element 116, resize 55%, mirror, change the blend mode to "Overlay" and
move into place.

Paste element 73 on the top, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube again, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 35%, position behind the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 97, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 08, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 64, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 20%, duplicate, bring one copy to the top, position
and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 17, resize 20%, position below the tube and apply the shadow. 
I did a little erasing around here to bring the top cushion above the last three
elements.

Paste element 34 on the top, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 60, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 66, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 91, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 105, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
