Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by  750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize 70%, select all, float and defloat, paste paper 1 into
the selection, deselect, delete the original black mask layer and move the paper
one up.  When we have our elements in place we will duplicate this layer as we
will want a little to show at the bottom.

Paste element 143 and resize 80%, select the interior of the arch with your
magic wand and expand the selection by 10, paste paper 11 below the element, resize
it 35% and move into position, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect,
apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into
place.

Paste element 15, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 55%, duplicate, mirror and flip one copy, position
both just above the mask and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 35%, duplicate and mirror one copy, position below
element 31 and above the shadow to each.

Paste element 123 below the tube, resize 20%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 130, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 50% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 75% and move into place.

Paste element 138, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 20%, position below element 138 (the wordart),
position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers then duplicate the mask, drag the copy down so a bit shows
at the bottom and erase the rest, crop, add your copyright information and text
and export on a transparent background as a png.
