I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 111, resize 60%, erase the trunk, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 70%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 127 and resize 30%, click anywhere on the canvas outside of the
element with your magic wand to make a selection and expand the selection by 20,
paste paper 12 below the element, resize it 20%, move into position and hit
delete, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper
and move into place

Paste element 46, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 25%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 97, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 16%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 45%, drag below the tube and position bottom left,
duplicate, resize the copy another 85%, mirror it and position along the bottom
of the merged window layer, go back to the first copy at the bottom, duplicate
it again and merge this copy down onto the original.

Paste element 112 on the top, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 55% and duplicate, mirror one copy and position at
the bottom just above the white background on the right erasing any of the bat
wing that shows on the left, resize the other copy another 70%, flip it and
position below the grass layer at bottom left.

Paste element 17, resize 45% and move into position.

Paste element 51, resize 15% and mirror, position below the tube and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 110, resize 35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.
