Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 and fill with white.

Paste element 69, resize 75% and mirror.

Paste element 100, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 86, resize 85% and move into place.

Paste element 29, resize 45% and move into place.

Paste element 43, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 113, resize 60% and move into place.    Mirror the tube and
post it below the element, using your freehold selection tool on point to point,
draw a rough circle through the gold ring on the element, invert your selection
and hit delete on the tube, deselect.  Apply a shadow to the element with
"shadow on a new layer" ticked then erase all the part that's on the flowers
just leaving the bit on the ring. 

Paste element 17, resize 25%, mirror and position on the ring on element
113.

Paste word art 2, resize 70% and move into place.

Paste element 95, resize 70%, duplicate, resize the copy another 80% and
mirror it, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 51, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste the tube again, this time unmirrored, resize 30%, position and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 30%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste word art 20, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76 on the top, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68 on the top and move into place.

Paste element 13, resize 35%, mirror and move into place.

Paste element 5, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 45% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 75, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 59, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 18% and move into place.

Paste element 10, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 85, resize 60% and move into place.

Paste element 89, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 87, resize 50% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
