Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect,
apply the mask, resize it 95% and move up and to the right a little.

Paste mask 1 from the kit and move into place.

Paste element 77, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 45%, position below element 77 and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 69 on the top, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 40,%,  position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68, resize 35%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply
the shadow to each.

Paste element 39, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 63, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 64, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 72, ty 80%, move into place, erase the bottom third and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 78, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55 and resize 40%.  Click anywhere on  your canvas outside of
the element with your magic wand to make a selection, invert the selection and
contract it by 10, make a new layer below the element and paste paper 6 into it,
deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move
into place.

Paste element 96, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 106, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 153, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 35%, position behind the tube apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 144, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 136, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
