Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizonal 5, opacity 65, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 and fill with white.

Paste mask 2 from the kit, resize 60% and move down and to the right.

Paste Miz' mask and resize it 90%, select all, float and defloat, paste paper
4 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer and move the paper
one up and to the left.

Paste element 96, mirror and move into place.

Paste element 103, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 110, resize 75% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71 and resize 50%, click anywhere on your canvas outside of the
element to make a selection, invert the selection and contract it by 5, make a
new layer below the element and paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect,
apply the shadow to the element and marge it down onto the paper.

Paste element 127, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 86, resize 20%, position on the left top corner of element 71,
duplicate, rotate the copy 90 degrees to the right and position on the right top
corner, apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 85, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 125, resize 45% and mirror, position below the steps and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 30% and mirror, duplicate, position and apply the
shadow to each

Paste element 140, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 124, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.
