Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Pirate Adventures

In this tutorial I used the tube “Pirate Adventures”.

Font of choice.














I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity75, blur 10.








Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.





Paste element 8,
resize 75% and position top left, duplicate, resize the copy 90%, flip it and position
bottom right.





Paste element 133,
resize 90, erase the bottom part of the trunk, position and apply the shadow.





Paste element 63, resize
70% and move into place.





Paste element 73,
resize 60% and flip, position and apply the shadow.





Paste element 62,
resize 65% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.





Paste the tube,
resize 25%, position above element 73 and apply the shadow.





Paste element 79,
resize 40%, position above the palm tree and apply the shadow.





Paste element 88,
resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.
