Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of
vertical 0. Horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent
cavans 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select
all, paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, apply the Moonbeams and
Spiderwebs mask, resize it 80% and move up and to the right.

Paste my mask, resize 70%,
select all, float and defloat it, make a new layer and fill this layer with the
colour #034055, delete the original black mask layer and move the coloured one
into place.

Paste element 73, resized
80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize
90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30,
resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 4 and resize
50%, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, paste
paper 1 below the frame, resize 60% and position in the frame, invert the selection
and hit delete, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame and merge it down
onto the paper.

55%, mirror and move into place.
