About me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

The beautiful kit I used in this tutorial is "Swan Lake" from

Graphics of Fantasy.

It has some lovely elements and is available free for

Taggers World Forum members.

I used a tube called "Tina" from

Misticheskaya

which is available at

Pics For Design.

You will need my png mask

0090

and the mask

20.20.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 3, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize 95%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black layer.

Paste element 74, resize 60% and position.

Paste element 61 and position.

Paste element 69, resize 90% and position

Paste element 55, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 110%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 70%, mirror and position on the right below element 27.

Paste element 12, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13 on the top, resize 50%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 30%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 60%, apply the 20.20 tube and then move into place.

Paste element 5, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49 on the top, resize 70% and position.

Paste element 34, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow with the box "shadow on a new layer" checked and then erase the part below the reflection.

Paste element 3, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 13%, mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
