I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper
8 into the selection, deselect, delete the black layer, duplicate the paper one
and merge the copy down onto the original.

Paste element 124, resize 35%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 10, paste paper 4 below it and resize the paper 20%,
position it in the element, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect, apply
the shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.
