Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 6 into the selection, deselect and
apply the mask, resize 60%, duplicate and move both into place.

Paste element 5, erase the sack and money we just want the rainbow, resize
110%, position it top left below the mask, duplicate, mirror one copy and
position both below the masks.

Paste element 102 on the top, resize 35% and position top left, duplicate,
rotate the copy 90 degrees to the right and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 8. Resize 40% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 30% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101, resize 35% and mirror, click anywhere on your canvas
outside of the element with your magic wand to make a selection then expand the
selection by 10, paste paper 12 below the element, resize the paper 20%,
position in the element and hit delete, deselect, apply the shadow to the
element, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 20%, position below the pathway and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 10% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65 behind the tube, resize 20%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 79, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 64, resize 20% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 20% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, position and
apply the shadow.
