Font of choice.
I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur
10.
Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.
Paste the mask, mirror it, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer
and paste paper 15 into the selection, deselect, delete the original black mask
layer and erase the long lines at the bottom of the paper layer.
Open element 154, duplicate and close the original, apply the 20.20 mask to
it, copy and paste on your canvas, resize 30% and move into place.
Paste element 35, resize 60% and position.
Paste element 150, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 149, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 132, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste frame 16, resize 30%, select the interior with you magic wand, expand
the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 23 into the
selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper
and move into place.
Paste the tube, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 156, resize 45% and position below the tube.
Paste element 160, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 4, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 95, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow, open
your eraser, set the size to 100 and opacity to 10 and dab it along the bottom
of the element to blend the hard edge out.
Paste element 153, resize 45% and move into place.
Paste element 62, resize 25% and position.
Paste element 143, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 40, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 157, resize 45% and position.
Paste element 3, resize 10%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.
Paste element 75, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
