Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 60, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 135, resize 80% and apply the shadow.

Paste the mask and resize 28%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 39 into the selection, deselect, delete the original black
mask layer and position the paper one on the bow.

Paste element 104, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 127, resize 40%, position below element 104 (the rug) and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 60, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 7 and resize 35%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 5, make a new layer below it and fill with black, paste
the tube again but mirrored and resize it 80%, position in the frame, invert the
selectio and hit delete, deselect.  Apply the shadow to the frame and lower the
opacity of the tube to around 60, merge the tube down onto the paper then merge
the frame down onto the paper/tube and move into place.

Paste element 116, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 8% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 66, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 64, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 30% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 109, resize 8% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 95 below the tube, resize 25%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 87, resize 20%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 27, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101 on the top, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 106, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
