Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 18 into the selection, delect,
apply the mask and resize 90%.

Paste element 168, resize 60% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 99, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 147, resize 35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.
