Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 231, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper
26 into the selection, deselect, delete the black mask layer, resize the paper
one 90% and move it up and to the left.

Paste mask 229, again select all, float, delfloat and make a new layer, paste
paper 31 into the selection, deselect and delete the original layer, resize the
paper one 60% and move into place.

Paste element 171, resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 174, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 60%, position on the right below element 89,
duplicate, mirror the copy and move it over to the left. 

Paste element 77, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 177, resize 35%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 87 on the top, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube below the boat element and crow, resize 50%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 25%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 135, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 35%, duplicate and merge the copy down onto the
original to make it stand out more, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 120, resize 40%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply
the shadow to each.
