Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 850 pixels and fill white.  

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect,
apply the mask and mirror it.  If this canvas is a little large you can resize
it  now to 800 pixels in length.

Paste element 93, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 15, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 55% and mirror, position in front of element 43 and
apply the shadow.

Paste the tube behind element 61, resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 40% and mirror, position above the two tree elements
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29 and resize 45%, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and fill it with black,
paste the tube again, resize it 70% and position in the element, invert the
selection and hit delete, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame and lower the
opacity on the tube to around 50.

Paste element 60, resize 40% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 119, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 115, resize 80% and move into place.

Paste element 111, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 106, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 10% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 57 below element 15 (the rocks and grass), resize 25%, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 13%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 61 again, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 53 behind the tube, resize 10%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68 above the tube, resize 7%, position and apply the
shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
