Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 650 pixels and fill with white.

Select all, paste paper 21 into the selection, deselect, apply the mask and
resize it 67%. Resize your canvas so its 750 pixels in length, refill the white
background layer and position the mask to towards the top.

Paste element 125, resize 45%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 162, resize 55% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 163, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow then drag the copy of element 125 that is on the right above this element.

Paste element 84. Resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.,

Paste element 169, resize 30% and mirror, position and apply the shadow. 

Paste element 6, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 162 again, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 117, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 118, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 165, resize 40%, duplicate, mirror the copy, position and apply
the shadow to each.

Paste element 87, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 179, resize 40%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original, postiion on the right, duplicate, mirror this copy and position on the
left then move down below all the other elements so its at the bottom.

Paste element 183, resize 40%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original and position above the copies of 179.

Paste element 97 on the top, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 188, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 115, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 166, resize 45% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 169 again, resize 30%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and
apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 76, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 15%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 77, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
