About me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

In this tutorial I used the tube "Wild Beauty 3" from
Verymany.
This
is a lovely tube which can be purchased at

The matching kit "Wild Beauty" is from
Tiny Turtle Designs.
This is a
really beautiful kit and is available at

You will need png mask 321 from

Font is

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 92%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer and paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect and delete the original
black mask layer.  We will work on this mask layer some more later.

Paste element 121, resize 70%, change the blend mode to "Overlay" and move
into place.

Paste element 111, resize 40% and move into place.

Paste element 98, resize 70% and move into place.

Paste element 136, resize 80%, move into place erasing the top part of the
dreamcatcher, we just want the feathers hanging there.

Paste element 102, resize 95%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 137, resize 90% and move into place.  Click anywhere on your
canvas outside of the element to make a selection then invert the selection and
contract it by 5, open paper 15, flip it then copy it, make a new layer below
the element and paste the paper into it, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame
and drag the paper below the tree.

Paste element 11, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 133, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 18% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow.
Paste the tube, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 99, resize 17%, position behind the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 138, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 66, resize 65% and position on the left, duplicate, resize the
copy another 80% and duplicate it again, position one copy on the right, flip
the other copy and position below the other two so a little shows below the
tube,  apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 41, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 30% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 141 on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 90, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.

Go back to the mask layer, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer
and paste paper 19 into the selection, deselect, now erase most of this mask
layer leaving just the part behind the wolf.

When you are done, crop, add your copyright and text and export on a
transparent background as a png.
