Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 40%, select all, float and defloat, make a new
layer, paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect and delete the black mask
layer.

Paste element 109 and resize 40%, click anywhere on your canvas outside of he
element to make a selection, invert the selection and contract it by 10, make a
new layer below it and paste paper 01 into the selection.    Paste element 14,
resize 30% and position in the frame, invert the selection again and hit delete
on this element, apply the shadow to both elements.  Paste element 103, resize
38%, position and apply the shadow.  Paste element 24 below element 103, resize
30% and move into place, duplicate, bring the copy above element 103 and apply
the shadow to it, now erase the part at the top so it looks like the curtain is
coming through the element.  Paste element 10, resize 50%, position and apply
the shadow.  Close off the two bottom layers and merge visible, open the closed
layers and move the merged one into place.

Paste element 04, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 20% and move into place.

Paste element 83, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 25%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 09, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 30% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 75, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 06, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 08, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 07, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22 on the top, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 97, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 50% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.    I duplicated the mask and moved the copy down so a little showed at
bottom and then erased the rest.
